About Bedford MA Community Science
Bedford MA Community Science is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating and supporting exciting science opportunities in our community. We are a group of volunteers who believe that amazing things can happen when people work together for a common goal. We support the Bedford Science Center, recreation programs through Bedford Rec, and really we will bring cool science to anyone that wants it!! We love to bring communities together! Everyone from age 3 to 103 loves to hold a baby chicken! We are all curious about what is out there when we gaze at the night sky! Our website serves as a platform to showcase pictures and links to our YouTube channel where we try to capture as much of what we do as we can. We provide information on donations, a calendar of events, and volunteer opportunities. In addition, we want you to know how glad we are that you are HERE reading about our non-profit. We are really proud of it. Join us in our mission to make science accessible and enjoyable for everyone. And we promise that we have fun together while we do it!
Our Three Main Goals
Promote Science Education
Engage the Bedford Community
Support Local Bedford Schools and Students

We work with the teachers at Lane to provide science education across various subjects such as (but not limited to) astronomy, ecology, biology, and geology!
We adhere to the CKLA curriculum standards in order to provide science education in tandem with the students' teachers.

Touch Tank
The Bedford Science Center features a variety of engaging resources, but what truly sets us apart is our one-of-a-kind interactive marine exhibit. This dynamic touch experience is built on an advanced 3D system that makes learning about ocean life both immersive and effective. Designed for longevity, the exhibit requires minimal upkeep and is built to perform reliably for 15 to 20 years.
